This earring is designed to placed in the ear lobe which requires piercing, 
They have posts at one end of the earring to help mount on the earlobes.
The hoop on the other side are able to fix on the cartilage.
The hoop is adjustable to fit the ear sizes.
The default hoop gap is a little bit small. Please pull it to loose before wear it and push it tight after hoop it on cartilage.
 
If you choose a single be sure that you have choose the correct side.
